This privatized property, which fronts on a kilometer of wide, sandy Pacific beach and contains more than 32 hectares (79 acres), is approved for the most flexible and highest level of land use granted by any City, State, or Federal Authority.

“Touristic Sustainable Development” is a Land Use Designation that allows ultimate flexibility in the layout and development of Hotels, Resorts, and/or Private Communities or other Touristic Uses in a rare Beachfront setting. It took the current owner over a decade and great expense to achieve this privatized designation in an area that is otherwise restricted as a Federal Nature Preserve.
